Your rights
For any request to exercise your rights (relating to personal data, including cookies), please contact us at gdpr@proprium.agency; we will handle your request free of charge. We reply to your questions and requests within 30 days. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your request, we will explain why.
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- If you want to know whether we hold and process your personal data (which data and what we do with it), or want to access the personal data we hold about you, please contact us (right of access).
- You have the right to rectification of personal data we hold if it is inaccurate or needs updating.
- In certain circumstances and with certain exceptions, you may ask us to erase your data or stop processing it. Erasure may prevent us from providing certain services or reduce their quality. We must process certain data for a certain period because of legal or contractual obligations.
- You also have the right to restriction of processing, for example if some data is inaccurate but you do not want it erased, only its use restricted, or if we no longer need the data for its intended purposes but you want to keep it for your own justified needs (establishing, exercising or defending legal claims).
- Together with the right of access, you may use the right to data portability, which means we provide your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- You have the right to object (among other cases) where we process your data to perform a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, or where we rely on our legitimate interests.
- Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal applies only to future processing; processing before withdrawal remains valid.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, or have not received a reply within 30 days of submitting your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP): in person (oral statement for the record), in writing to Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, Ul. Please note that if your requests are manifestly unfounded (even a single one) or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character, we may (a) charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or taking the action requested, or (b) refuse to act on the request.
