The Situation

Coming out of the strategic discovery, AVO Solutions had a clear roadmap. The next stage was to bring the systems behind the firm's operation into one connected whole, built around how the team actually delivered its work, with data migrated in without disrupting active client engagements.

Our Approach

We built one connected operating system covering contacts and companies, the full sales process, and project delivery, each part designed to talk to the others, and each shaped around how AVO's team genuinely works.

The system gives the firm a single source of truth for every client relationship, a sales process that runs end to end without manual list-keeping, and a project layer where each team member sees the work the way that works for them, while leadership sees the whole picture. Live data was migrated and cleaned. The team was trained. Written guides were delivered so AVO could answer their own questions long after the engagement closed.

The Outcome

AVO moved from operating across nine separate tools to running on one connected system, with ownership transferring to the team at handover. The system proved itself well enough that AVO later chose to bring its assessment workflows into it too, consolidating even more of the operation into the same place.
