When I started my career at Proprium as a Sales Coordinator, I couldn’t have imagined how deeply this experience would shape both my professional and personal development.

As a student at the time, looking for a job with flexible working hours to balance my academic commitments, I expected an opportunity to gain basic work experience. However, Proprium exceeded all my expectations and offered me far more than that. In a short period, I was given the chance to develop my skills in ways I hadn’t anticipated, and I faced challenges that helped me grow both professionally and personally.

Each day at Proprium was different, and my job was diverse and dynamic. Primarily, I handled the preparation and sending of outreach to potential clients via email and LinkedIn, which taught me how to communicate effectively and professionally and build relationships with clients.

Managing the CRM database was a key part of my role, helping me understand the importance of maintaining precise and up-to-date information to ensure successful sales and business operations. Researching the market to identify ideal clients for Proprium and finding their contacts allowed me to hone my research skills while deepening my understanding of key sales processes.

In addition to my sales tasks, I was fortunate to be involved in various marketing activities, which significantly broadened my skill set. Writing content for websites and organizing webinars allowed me to engage in the creative aspects of the job, enabling me to contribute to the company’s marketing efforts. Through these tasks, I developed an understanding of how carefully crafted content plays a crucial role in attracting and retaining clients, as well as a deeper appreciation for the importance of digital marketing in today’s business landscape.

However, one of the aspects that impressed me the most about Proprium was the incredible flexibility they offered. As a student with numerous academic commitments, the ability to manage my working hours was essential. This flexibility allowed me to balance work, classes, studying, and exam preparation without feeling overwhelmed. It was incredibly valuable for me to be able to tailor my work schedule to fit my personal needs, and Proprium provided that opportunity, which greatly contributed to both my success and personal satisfaction.

The team support at Proprium was another key factor that made my experience so positive. From day one, I felt like part of the community. The team was open, friendly, and always ready to offer help, advice, or simply support whenever a challenge arose. This kind of collaboration was crucial, as I always knew I could rely on my colleagues, which created a comfortable and motivating work environment. We worked together toward common goals, and that sense of belonging to the team, even though I was a student, was incredibly motivating.

What I particularly want to emphasize is that at Proprium, I felt valued and like an equal member of the team. I wasn’t seen merely as a student temporarily performing tasks; rather, I was allowed to actively participate in making important decisions. My ideas and suggestions were valued, and I had the chance to witness firsthand how strategic decisions are made in a business. This gave me a sense of responsibility and encouraged me to give my best, knowing that my contributions could have a real impact.

Working at Proprium not only allowed me to improve my professional skills but also allowed me to gain a broader perspective on how the business world functions. I learned how to manage my time and priorities, how to communicate effectively with different types of clients, and how to work in a team environment that fosters innovation and collaboration toward achieving common goals.

For all students looking for a job that offers flexibility, real professional development opportunities, and a supportive and stimulating work environment, Proprium is the perfect choice. This experience helped me not only develop skills related to sales and marketing but also build confidence and a sense of belonging in the business world. Proprium is not just a company where you work, but a place where you grow, develop, and feel like an important part of the team, regardless of your initial position. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for challenges, learning opportunities, and flexibility in a student job.
