I joined Proprium as a No-Code Software Implementation and Automation Assistant during the final year of my master’s studies. This was also my first real job, which made the entire experience especially meaningful to me. I believe Proprium provided an excellent environment because I had the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and gradually become familiar with how work is done in a real business setting.
I worked with tools such as SmartSuite, Zapier, Make, and Attio. Through these platforms, I learned how different systems can be connected, how repetitive tasks can be automated, and how effective data organization can simplify day-to-day operations. It was fascinating to see how practical solutions can be built using no-code tools without traditional programming.
My day-to-day work at Proprium primarily involved tasks related to automation and the implementation of various solutions, but the role was never completely fixed or repetitive. My responsibilities evolved based on the needs of the team and ongoing projects, which made the work dynamic and adaptable. I appreciated this because it allowed me to continuously learn new things, gain a deeper understanding of business processes, and develop through hands-on experience.

I especially enjoyed working in an environment where you could participate, ask questions, share your opinions, and know that your voice would truly be heard.
Another major advantage was the flexibility of the role. It made it much easier to balance my studies and work without constantly feeling that one had to come at the expense of the other. I was able to manage my own schedule and coordinate work responsibilities with lectures, studying, and other commitments, which was incredibly valuable as a student.
Working at Proprium helped me develop not only technical skills but also greater confidence in problem-solving, communication, and work organization. Since this was my first professional role, it was extremely beneficial to gain firsthand experience of how a real team operates, how responsibility for tasks is managed, and how professional communication takes place. This experience gave me a much clearer understanding of the world of automation and demonstrated just how valuable no-code tools can be in real business environments.
I would recommend Proprium to students who are looking for a flexible job while also wanting the opportunity to genuinely learn, grow, and work on meaningful projects. For me, this experience was a valuable stepping stone in my professional development and provided meaningful insight into the fields of automation and digital solutions.
