Proprium is a B2B consulting agency that offers various services, from software implementation to employee training and administrative support. Working at Proprium represents a unique opportunity for students to develop organizational and time-management skills, improve their English, and establish an independent work ethic.

My Proprium Experience

I joined Proprium as a student looking for a job that would enable me to develop my organizational skills further, as maintaining order and structure has always been a passion of mine. I found the position of administrative assistant to be appropriate for that.

I participated in the creation of internal documents, preparation of internal workshop materials, and creation of social media content. It was all new to me, but my mentors provided support when needed. Throughout my work experience at Proprium, the emphasis was on working independently with just a few key instructions given. This kind of management led to the fast development of skills and confidence in performing tasks.

Typical Day at Proprium

Not one day of work at Propium is the same. There is always a variety of tasks one performs, which is the main reason one can learn so much quickly. The day always starts with checking internal communication channels to get back on track with what is happening at the company.

The next important thing is to start time-tracking your tasks, as each task is separately time-tracked through internal software. At Proprium, you can always rely on your colleagues, and if you need any help, you can quickly create an online meeting or record a video to update your work progress. The best thing for a student is the flexible work hours that are adjustable to your availability.

Skills Development

During my work at Proprium, I have developed and improved various skills, most importantly organizational, time-management, English speaking, and writing skills. I have witnessed real teamwork and the "behind the scenes" of working with clients. Most importantly, I gained confidence in myself and my abilities because every contribution was considered and acknowledged.

Conclusion

Work experience at Proprium was one of the best student job experiences for me because I had an opportunity to develop a range of skills while working with a team of dedicated and supportive colleagues. I would recommend Proprium for all students who want to work remotely, with a high level of independence on a wide range of tasks with the support of a skilled and experienced team.
